The metropolis named Manhattan has lost its exultant ethos through the naive progression towards a realm rather one dimensional and insular.

The jungle inevitably seeks out adventure of its inhabitants which transforms the tower as a vertical playground. The tower fabricates a whimsical nuance in its modes of production through the elements of contemporary Streetwear culture that mimics a versatile urban domain.

“The kids of New York stood on the streets, captivated by the new-fangled icons and startled by how tall these towers looked in person equated to what seemed superficial on their phone screens. With a nous of unease- they made way towards 57th street and sought that the neighborhood lacked the timeworn, eccentric New York City charm it once had. The smell of freshly honey roasted peanuts had easily diluted and the unadorned boulevards lacked the rhythm of frenzied white noise. Past the Empire State building and across Billionaire Row, Manhattan was hardly identifiable with its emergent developments. In a whirl of pure perplexity- all seems familiar yet distasteful to heart.”

The luxury skyscraper, is large unoccupied, through 'sold,' thus the project will seize the voids to re-establish a sense of agency to the protagonist who helped define the city and allow the city to once again become a place of cultural production, and not simply a consumer theme park - this city will once again become a jungle.

The warm welcome springs on nostalgic smiles and buoyant adrenaline. Caught in the gnarly mania, they sensed something wistful and different about their city. In a raw state of thrill, their eyes rose to disbelief. With great revelation, what once was an empty tower now stands full and happy.“
